Boost your brand

A trademark license agreement is a legal document that applies exclusively to qualified fabrics that contain genuine fibers from The LYCRA Company. Fabrics must be tested and approved to verify that they contain LYCRA®, COOLMAX®, or THERMOLITE® fibers before applying for a trademark license agreement.

All LYCRA®, COOLMAX®, and THERMOLITE® brand trademarks are legally protected and can only be licensed directly from The LYCRA Company.

 

 

 

 

How to apply for a trademark agreement

Visit the LYCRA ONE™ portal

Visit the portal to apply for a trademark license agreement, access our how-to guide, and start your order. Register or log in below.

Select brands to license

Select the brand(s) you’d like to license from The LYCRA Company. Then, enter your product end-uses for the selected brand(s).

Enter your company information

Enter or confirm your company information, including the year and month the license will start and if it is a renewal.

Submit your request

Please note all requests must be completed in one session, (approx 15 minutes), so having all of your information on hand makes it easy. Once complete, you will receive an email order confirmation.
