Protect your investment in genuine LYCRA®, COOLMAX®, and THERMOLITE® fibers by submitting your fabrics for testing and approval. With fabric testing and approval, finished garments become eligible for free branded hang tags from The LYCRA Company.
How to submit fabric for testing & approval

Visit the LYCRA ONE™ portal
Visit the portal to access our how-to guide and start your order. Register or log in below.

Complete your request
Select an existing product or add a new product and enter fabric and technical details. All requests must be completed in one session (approx. 15 minutes). Once complete, you will receive an email order confirmation.

Submit fabric samples
Print your confirmation and mail it with your fabric samples to one of our four regional labs. Textile scientists will test the samples for our fibers. Please note that samples will not be returned.

Fabric approval
Testing typically takes one to two weeks. Keep track of requests on your LYCRA ONE™ dashboard. Once our labs have verified your samples, a fast track code will be issued to request hang tags and garment letters.
