I forgot my password and requested a new one, but nothing arrived
It can take up to five minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. Also, check your email’s spam/junk folder to see if the password went there. If you still don’t see it:

	Click the “Log in” button.

	Enter your email address (be sure to check for typos). 
- 
	Click “Forgot my password.” 
- 
	Click “Submit.” 
- 
	You should receive an email within 5 minutes that contains a temporary password that you can reset. 
- 
	If you still don’t see it, create a new account.
